The Management of Design of Sealing Products, Stockholding, Assembly, Manufacture and Refurbishment of Sealing Products and associated components and spare parts.

Protecting People and the Environment

We will provide Safe and Healthy working conditions and implement preventive measures through the hierarchy of controls to eliminate and minimise risks to employees and interested parties. We will eliminate or minimise adverse Environmental Impacts arising from the Aspects of our operations and stay aligned to Net Zero. This will include, but not be restricted to, the implementation of the Waste Hierarchy and Product Life-Cycle considerations.

Legal Compliance

We will proactively identify all our Legal & Legislative duties for Health, Safety and Environment. We will maintain live records to demonstrate the compliance of each duty.

Continual Improvement

We will deliver improvements to defined business objectives and the management systems. Business processes will monitor, evaluate and improve areas not meeting legal or business objectives. Reviews will assess processes to deliver year on year improvement.

Operational Preparedness

We will maintain appropriate operational controls and preparedness for reasonably foreseeable risks and emergencies. All required areas will have risk assessments to identify actions. Processes and infrastructure will be assessed or tested appropriately to the level of need.

Engagement and Communication

We will implement processes to promote engagement and participation with staff. We will deliver appropriate communications, and provide resources to support employees and relevant persons discharge their duties and responsibilities. This policy will be publicly available.

Objectives

We will create and maintain business objectives to facilitate (i) accident reduction, (ii) environmental impact reduction and (iii) legal compliance.
